Encouraging Teens During The COVID Season

The first TeachBeyond Virtual Brazil English Camp just ended a few days ago. It was a great time of interaction, attended by 65 people, including camp staff. It helped provide encouragement and support to teens, especially during these pandemic circumstances.

One girl was going through a very difficult time with her family. Her father was away, her mother in the hospital, and she had to spend a few days at a friend's house. While she was there, she learned about the English camp and decided to participate. The games, worship, conversations, and workshops throughout the camp, helped take the focus off her rough family situation and be refreshed.

In one of the small group moments, she shared that this whole situation, no matter how difficult it was, served as “proof of God's care and love!”
