TeachBeyond Launches Season 6 of Transformed and Transformational Podcast

Season 6 of the Transformed and Transformational podcast is underway. Hosted by Director of Global Mobilization Heather Brown and Director of Global Communications Keane Fine, the podcast explores ways to embrace transformed lives that make an impact on the world around us.

The first episode of the season was released on October 3rd, featuring a conversation with Urbana Director Mark Matlock. On October 10th, the second episode, titled "Everyday Christian Teaching", was released. This episode features a conversation with author and educator Dr. David I. Smith.  New episodes come out every Friday.

Each month, the podcast features 4 rotating series:

  • Teacher’s Desk: covering topics related to education and the classroom
  • Calling Story: a discussion with a TeachBeyond missionary
  • Zoom In: an in-depth look at a specific topic featuring an expert in that topic
  • Spiritual Formation: featuring Executive Vice President Brian Delamont discussing spiritual disciplines that transform a person to be more like Christ.

Transformed and Transformational is adding a new series this season, Historical Calling Story. This series will highlight missionary educators from history.
