School Director
A Christ-centered Head of School to provide strategic leadership, oversee academic programs, mentor faculty and staff, and serve as the primary school representative to parents, and the community.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Vision
- Provide strategic leadership aligned with the school’s mission, vision, and Christian values.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate long-term goals to advance academic, spiritual, and operational success.
- Foster a Christ-centered school culture that models integrity, character, and faith.
Academic & Program Oversight
- Ensure excellence in curriculum, instructional programs, and student support services.
- Monitor student achievement, assessment practices, and program outcomes.
- Support faculty professional development and promote best instructional practices.
Operational & Administrative Management
- Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, staffing, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on governance, policy, and strategic planning.
- Ensure the school meets accreditation and legal requirements.
Faculty & Staff Leadership
- Hire, evaluate, and mentor teachers and administrative staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive professional environment.
- Encourage integration of a Christian worldview in all teaching and administrative practices.
Community Engagement & Representation
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the school.
- Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, donors, and community partners.
- Lead initiatives in enrollment growth, marketing, and fundraising.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of educational leadership experience, preferably in private or Christian schools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a school community with vision, integrity, and a Christ-centered approach.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, accreditation standards, and educational best practices.
- Experience managing budgets, personnel, and school operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor and inspire faculty and staff while fostering a collaborative school culture.
- Agreement with and commitment to the school’s mission, values, and statement of faith.
