Secondary Principal

Roof of the World Academy invites you to join our dynamic, growing school. We are a small, close-knit community of approximately 120 students from kindergarten through high school. Our families come from various countries, including the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, China, Germany, Korea, Brazil and others. Our secondary campus is growing and now has about 65 students.  We were accredited by the ACSI in early 2022, and our graduating classes are growing. We need a full-time committed administrator to help us as we grow. 

Our school is located in the capital city of a beautiful country in the heart of Central Asia. RWA exists to provide a low-cost quality Christian education to Christian families who are working in various roles to bring eternal hope and a brighter future to the precious people of our host country, which, though poor and underdeveloped, has tremendous potential.

Qualifications

• Love God, children and teachers
• Good at administration
• Have 5 years of experience in an educational setting
• Feel called by God to serve full-time in this ministry

As an administrator, you would free up parents to serve full-time in the work to which they have been called. You would also be playing a vital role in helping our children grow to be mature, strong Christian adults.

This job earns no salary and all funds needed to support you during these years will need to be raised by you ahead of time. We do help with visa costs and with language learning costs associated with your visa.
